All transactions with ChipsX are subject to standard terms covering pricing, payment, delivery, returns, and liability, ensuring clear and consistent cooperation with customers worldwide.
These Terms and Conditions apply to all quotations, orders, and deliveries provided by ChipsX. By placing an order, the customer agrees to the terms outlined below unless otherwise agreed in writing.
All product descriptions, specifications, and availability are based on information provided by manufacturers and supply channels. While every effort is made to ensure accuracy, ChipsX does not guarantee that all product details are free from error. Customers are responsible for verifying suitability before use.
All quotations are subject to change due to market fluctuations, availability, or exchange rate variations. Prices are valid only within the stated quotation period and may be adjusted if conditions change before order confirmation. Orders are considered confirmed only after written acceptance by ChipsX.
Payment terms are specified on the quotation or invoice. Standard terms may include prepayment, wire transfer, or other agreed methods. Orders may be delayed or cancelled if payment is not received within the agreed timeframe.
Orders cannot be cancelled or modified once confirmed without prior written approval. Custom, non-cancellable, or non-returnable (NCNR) items cannot be cancelled under any circumstances once procurement has begun.
Delivery dates are estimates and not guaranteed. ChipsX is not liable for delays caused by carriers, customs clearance, or events beyond reasonable control. Risk of loss transfers to the customer upon shipment unless otherwise agreed.
All returns must be authorized in advance. Any discrepancy in quantity, packaging, or visible damage must be reported within the specified inspection period after receipt. Returns without authorization will not be accepted.
NCNR items are not eligible for return unless quality issues are verified and approved.
ChipsX warrants that supplied components are sourced from reliable channels and handled according to industry standards. Liability is limited to replacement or refund of the affected components. ChipsX is not responsible for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from product use.
ChipsX shall not be liable for failure or delay in performance caused by events beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, supply chain disruptions, transportation delays, or governmental actions.
These terms constitute the governing agreement between ChipsX and its customers regarding all transactions. Additional terms may apply where required by specific agreements or project requirements.
